VISION / MISSION CLARIFICATION

Most CEOs and senior level managers have a strategy – if you dare to challenge them to a debate. Unfortunately many of these strategic ideas are lurking somewhere in their heads. Without a process to extract their thoughts and systematically organize their thoughts, many of these “visions” are usually vague. At the operational level we design execution capability development processes to ensure sustainability of performance. STRATEGIC THINKING WORKSHOP

A two day customized workshop whereby the CEO and his senior management team dialogue about their current business model and what changes they need to make to prepare for the future challenges and changes in their respective industry. A key outcome is a list of critical issues for resolution to move the organization from where they are to where they want to be.
